Full payment is required before orders are processed and dispatched. We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as stated at checkout. Proof of payment must be submitted where required. We do not accept cash on delivery.

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, order volume, and logistics availability. Ceiling & Wall Systems is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, adverse weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only for products that are damaged upon delivery, defective, or incorrectly supplied. To initiate a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photographic evidence of the issue. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion after inspection of the returned goods. We do not accept returns for products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

7. Warranty

Our products are sold as described and are subject to the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Ceiling & Wall Systems does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. We are not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ceiling & Wall Systems and Tormek Global Services Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or property damage resulting from product use.
